CIS Helpdesk
- The Helpdesk is the central point of contact for faculty, staff, and students to report technology-related problems.
- The Helpdesk also provides a variety online help documentation for campus technology resources.
Each problem reported to CIS from the faculty, staff and students are recorded in our helpdesk software. This software gives CIS staff the ability to track calls and provide problem resolution.
- The front line of the Helpdesk is staffed with well trained Student Workers.
- The Helpdesk is available Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
- The HelpDesk may be contacted by emailing helpdesk@armstrong.edu , completing electronic request or by calling 344-2518.
Maintenance Schedule CIS has reserved Wednesdays from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. and Sundays from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for making system updates and changes to any campus technology service. Posted below is the next planned schedule maintenance.
11/8/09 CIS has a scheduled Wireless maintenance on Sunday, November 8, 2009, at 6:00 a.m.through 12:00 p.m. (noon). The following buildings may experience short periods of limited wireless connectivity:
MCC Annex, Victor Hall, Cyber Security, Student Recreation Center, Aquatic Recreation Center, Sports Center, Jenkins Hall, Solms Hall, Fine Arts, Ashmore Hall, and Compass Point Clubhouse.
