AASU General Access Computer Lab Information

Solms Hall 104 computing lab consists of PC workstations and functions as a general purpose computing lab. The lab is equipped with fifty-four workstations. Students should vacate the lab between hours of 7:30 am - 10:00 am and 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm in the event of a reservation.

Monday - Thursday:

7:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Friday: 7:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

University Hall 112 Computing Lab houses PC workstations. UH112 serves as both a general purpose computing lab and an instructional technology classroom. This lab is equipped with twenty-eight student and one instructors' workstations as well as an InFocus LP725 overhead projector. *Twenty-four hour access to this lab is available through University Police with a valid AASU ID.

Campus Computer Lab Reservation

Science Hall Room 129 has general use computers available. The open hours vary. Please check with School of Computing for availablity.

Printing Services in Solms 104 and University Hall 112 Computing Labs
All enrolled AASU students have a student print account that will allow each student to print 110 pages at no charge to the lab laser printers. Pirates Cove username and password information is used to access the print account in the lab and to view account totals through Pirates Cove. Each semester, your print account will be reset to 110 pages. If you deplete your 110 pages during the semester, you will be able to purchase additional pages for your account.

Pages can be added to your print account by purchasing at the AASU Bookstore has $4.00 (50 copies) and $8.00 (100 copies) additonal pages. Purchase the additional pages from the Bookstore and bring the receipt to the CIS Helpdesk located directly beside the Bookstore in MCC Annex 102. The CIS Helpdesk will apply the additional pages to your print account. Please be advised that currently all print accounts will be reset to 110 pages at the beginning of each semester. Any unused pages in your print account will NOT be carried over to the next semester. You should be reasonable when adding pages to your print account toward the end of each semester.
