GroupWise Tools - The sessions will cover GroupWise calendar, busy search tool, department calendar, recurring appointments, and creating groups. Also included will be organization of email messages and archiving email messages as well as creating vacation message and client customization.

Morning Session: Communication Tools and File Management
Participants take a hands-on tour of the Vista environment, learn to create a discussions board, and add icons that link to Vista tools and pages of content. Explore how to use communication tools such as email and chat and learn how to manage files and create a learning module in the Vista environment.Afternoon Session: Grade Book, Tracking and Assessments
This session will cover the many options available to instructors when managing student information such as posting student grades and managing the Vista electronic grade book as well as answer questions about tracking student access and usage within the Vista course. In addition, we will show you how to add assessments to Vista using Respondus as well as how to build assessments directly within the course management system. Please note that participation in afternoon session requires participation/attendance in morning session.
