Unified Messaging service makes it easy for AASU employees to access voice mail messages via the web away from the office. The service makes it possible to receive voicemail messages in a single mailbox that is accessible through a user's telephone, cell phone, e-mail or the internet. This service allows users to receive and respond to voicemail messages while away from the office. |

To access voicemail from off campus through the web, you can be notified via email when a voice mail is received. This will not take the place of the message indicator light on your phone, but will work in conjunction with the feature. The email will contain a link that will direct you to web page: http://aasu-voip.armstrong.edu/ . |

| You then will be required to login to the site to access your personal voicemail messages. The Mailbox is your five digit extension (ex: 43175) and the Security Code is your current voicemail pass code. |  |
